1. Policy

• Dye lot variation – color will vary from piece to piece. For exact match please order swatch materials before placing your order.
• Color and material representation: Colors and textures on your computer monitor may vary from the actual materials. Utilizing our swatch service is strongly recommended.
• Fading fabrics not guaranteed against fading/shrinkage through exposure to the sun.
• No returns on cut fabric so inspect carefully before cutting.
• No returns on any custom made items.

2. Delivery

• The delivery charge is based on the total sale amount and is as follows:

Under $100= $10.95
$100-150 = $12.95
$150-200= $15.95
$200-$500= $17.95
$500-$1000= $19.95
Over $1000 + $29

* Swatches are shipped free of charge.

3. Tax

• All orders shipped within Connecticut will be charged sales tax.

4. Payment at time of order

• All Cattleya products are custom made to your specifications, all orders are paid in full when the order is placed.

5. Returns/ Exchanges & Cancellations

• Since Cattleya custom products are made to your specifications, they cannot be changed, cancelled, or returned for any reason other than a defect in materials or workmanship. For non-custom returns a 20% restocking fee will be applied. The customer will pay return freight charges. Products must be returned via a track able delivery method and must be received in like-new condition. Contact us for proper return address.

6. Prices subject to change

• Prices subject to change/or correction at any time.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

• Unless indicated in writing Cattleya makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, any representations or warranties with respect to fitness for a particular purpose of its fabrics.
• In the event of Cattleyas liability, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, buyers exclusive remedy will be limited to replacement by Cattleya of any defective fabrics or products for which claim is made by the buyer. Cattleya expressly disclaims any liability to the buyer or to the users of its products for special or consequential damages, including damage or loss of other property or equipment, personal injury, loss of expense from any cause whatsoever, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of it’s products. Any action must be brought within one year from the date of sale. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation on the time this warranty applies, so these limitations may not apply to you.

8. Minimum orders

• There is a minimum order of one yard on all trims and fabrics.

9. Shipping Policy

• On-line product orders will be shipped via UPS ground
• Fabric and Trim orders will be shipped from the warehouse with-in 24 hours. Allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery
• All custom and designer pillow orders are cut to order. Please allow 4-5 weeks for delivery
• If an item is out of stock you will be contacted and provided with updates on fabric availability and ship times.
• We only ship with-in the USA and Canada.
